Install Pakkeshopper in your Shopify store from [apps.shopify.com/pakkeshopper](https://apps.shopify.com/pakkeshopper). 2. Open the app on the iPhone and enter the address of your store. 3. Tap "Connect via Shopify", sign in to Shopify, check that the 4-letter code is the same on the two screens, and tap "Connect". 4. As an alternative, open Fulfillment, then "Pair new device" in the Pakkeshopper dashboard, and scan the QR code or type the 6-digit code. 5. On the Printers screen, tap "Scan for printers" and assign a label printer. ## Requirements - iOS 16.4 or later. - A Shopify store with Pakkeshopper installed. - For printing: a supported Brother QL label printer on the same WiFi network as the device. The first time, iOS asks for permission to use the local network and the camera. The app cannot find printers or scan barcodes without these permissions. ## Common problems ### The app does not find my printer Check that the printer and the device are on the same WiFi network. On the device, check Settings, Privacy & Security, Local Network, Pakkeshopper. As an alternative, add the printer by IP address. ### The app says that the shop is no longer paired The admin removed the device, or the pairing expired. Pair the device again. ### An order has no Print button The order has no supported carrier, or the carrier credentials are missing. Correct this in the Pakkeshopper dashboard. ## Remove a device and its data Tap "Unpair" on the Settings screen of the app, or remove the device in the Pakkeshopper dashboard under Fulfillment.
