New features and improvements in Pakkeshopper.
A new Windows app that automatically prints your shipping labels on your label printer the moment they're created in Pakkeshopper - one at a time or in bulk, no PDFs to open. Pair it with your shop in one click from the dashboard, and it keeps itself up to date. Read more and download it on the Print Agent page.

Express checkout wallets only share a partial delivery address, which could leave the payment sheet without shipping options. Pakkeshopper now quotes rates from just the country and postal code, so your customers see the right shipping methods when they pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Book shipping labels through vShip directly from Pakkeshopper. Map a shipping method to a shipping profile from your vShip account, and label printing books the parcel through vShip - covering every carrier vShip supports, and working seamlessly with the Print Agent for automatic printing.
Tracking is out of preview. You can now filter shipments needing attention by category, carrier or country, search by order or tracking number, and export the list as a CSV. Click any shipment to see its full delivery timeline, from label creation through to the carrier's last update.
The dashboard is faster and easier to get around - every section now shows up in the Shopify admin sidebar, so you can bookmark, share, or refresh without losing your place. The shipping method editor is cleaner too, showing only the rules you've actually set up, and you'll get a clear message if something can't be saved.
Statistics is now called Analytics, and it's out of public preview. Delivery insights now live in one place: an order journey timeline (fulfillment → carrier handover → transit, per carrier and against the platform average), reliability cards showing first-attempt rate, exceptions, returns and stuck parcels per carrier, and a destination leaderboard with a country × carrier matrix that recommends the best carrier per destination. Tracking now shows just the shipments that need your attention, and active shipments refresh every 4 hours instead of once a day.
Delivery insights on Max/Enterprise
Shoppers in Norway and Finland now see Bring under the local brand they know — Posten in Norway and Posti in Finland — with matching logos at checkout, on the pickup point map and on the order confirmation page. Order data and WMS integrations still receive "Bring", so nothing changes downstream.
Customers in NL and BE can now choose a PostNL pickup point at checkout.
The Pakkeshopper admin is now available in Danish, English, Swedish, Norwegian and Finnish.
Tracking statistics now include median handover time — how long it takes from label creation until the carrier first scans the parcel — so you can spot slow warehouse-to-carrier handoffs.
The Shopify Thank-You page now shows your customer their shipping carrier (with logo), a delivery status bar, and — for pickup-point orders — the chosen parcel shop with its address and opening hours. Available in 9 languages.
Swiss Post is now available as a pickup-point carrier for merchants shipping within Switzerland.
Pakkeshopper now integrates with Shopify's Sidekick AI assistant. Ask Sidekick things like "why isn't my Bring rate showing at checkout?" or "which pickup point did order #1234 choose?" — right from the Shopify admin.
Customers now see a map of the nearest pickup points at checkout, with carrier-branded markers. They can browse the list or tap a point on the map to choose where to collect their parcel.
DHL pickup point lookups in Germany and Denmark are now served from a nightly-refreshed local copy instead of live carrier calls, eliminating slow or missing pickup options at checkout.
Generate carrier shipping labels (PDF) directly from an order — or in bulk from the orders list. Optionally mark orders as fulfilled with the tracking number in one step, triggering Shopify's shipping confirmation email. Supports GLS, Bring, DAO and PostNL (beta).

A built-in chat assistant helps you set up and troubleshoot shipping: diagnose why a rate isn't appearing at checkout, create or edit shipping methods (with a preview before anything is applied), and answer plan and tracking questions. It can hand off to human support when needed.
Pakkeshopper now tracks your shipments across GLS, PostNord, Bring, DAO, DHL and PostNL, and gives you a tracking dashboard: delivery rate, median transit time, exceptions and returns, first-attempt success, per-carrier scorecards, and a list of shipments needing attention.

Multiply a shipping method's price by the number of qualifying items in the cart — you choose which product tags count, and can cap the number of items allowed. Perfect for bulky items that ship individually.
When "Multiple locations – one shipping cost" is enabled, you can now pick how it reads at checkout: specific ("Ships in 2 parcels"), generic ("Multiple shipments"), or hidden entirely.
Delivery discount handling can now be enabled or disabled per shop, giving you control over how discount codes interact with shipping rates.
