Customers in NL and BE can now choose a PostNL pickup point at checkout. Locations are refreshed nightly, so lookups are fast and reliable — no waiting on the carrier's API during checkout.
The Pakkeshopper admin is now available in Danish, English, Swedish, Norwegian and Finnish.
Tracking statistics now include median handover time — how long it takes from label creation until the carrier first scans the parcel — so you can spot slow warehouse-to-carrier handoffs.
The Shopify Thank-You page now shows your customer their shipping carrier (with logo), a delivery status bar, and — for pickup-point orders — the chosen parcel shop with its address and opening hours. Available in 9 languages.
Swiss Post is now available as a pickup-point carrier for merchants shipping within Switzerland.
Pakkeshopper now integrates with Shopify's Sidekick AI assistant. Ask Sidekick things like "why isn't my Bring rate showing at checkout?" or "which pickup point did order #1234 choose?" — right from the Shopify admin.
Customers now see a map of the nearest pickup points at checkout, with carrier-branded markers. They can browse the list or tap a point on the map to choose where to collect their parcel.
DHL pickup point lookups in Germany and Denmark are now served from a nightly-refreshed local copy instead of live carrier calls, eliminating slow or missing pickup options at checkout.

A built-in chat assistant helps you set up and troubleshoot shipping: diagnose why a rate isn't appearing at checkout, create or edit shipping methods (with a preview before anything is applied), and answer plan and tracking questions. It can hand off to human support when needed.
Pakkeshopper now tracks your shipments across GLS, PostNord, Bring, DAO, DHL and PostNL, and gives you a tracking dashboard: delivery rate, median transit time, exceptions and returns, first-attempt success, per-carrier scorecards, and a list of shipments needing attention.
